Quick start
From zero to your first recall nudge in five minutes.
1. Sign in
Go to app.recl.app and sign in with Google or Apple. Those are the only sign-in methods — no passwords, no magic links.
2. Save your first video
- Click “Add video” in the dashboard and paste a YouTube URL.
- Recl fetches the transcript, generates short/concise/deep-read summaries, extracts topics, and builds a quiz — usually within a minute.
- Open the video page to read the summary at the depth you want.
3. Connect a recall channel
In Settings → Messaging, connect Telegram or Discord. Recl will send you spaced-repetition nudges (day 1 → 3 → 7 → 14 → 30 → 60) with a one-tap “Reviewed” button. On mobile, you can use push notifications instead.
4. Explore
- Library — everything you've saved, filterable and searchable.
- Search — semantic search across your saved brain.
- Graph — topics and entities connecting your saves.
- Nuggets — terms, quotes, and article insights saved as durable cards.
