Recl in the US

Recl is a memory app for what you watch, read and listen to. Save a YouTube video, a podcast or a PDF and Recl writes the summary, files it by topic, and quizzes you until it sticks. In the US the web plan is $9.00 a month or $60.00 a year.

Built for school, work and the commute

College lectures and course videos

Save recorded lectures, YouTube explainers and course PDFs through the semester; the summaries and quizzes are waiting when midterms and finals come around.

Test prep

Long prep-course videos and review PDFs for exams like the MCAT, LSAT or the bar become key points and spaced quizzes, so you review instead of rewatching.

Podcasts on the commute

Share an episode from your podcast app and get its key points with timestamps, so an idea you heard on the way to work is still there next month.

Included on every paid plan

  • Save from the share sheet, Chrome extension or web
  • Summaries with key ideas and timestamps
  • Topics that sort themselves, plus folders, tags and notes
  • Ask your library, with the sources
  • Search your saved videos by meaning (Chrome extension)
  • Knowledge graph on the web
