Browser extension
Save anything from any page with one click — and get notified when the summary is ready.
Setup
- Install the Recl extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Visit app.recl.app/extension/connect while signed in — the extension connects automatically.
- That's it. The token refreshes itself; reconnect only if you sign out everywhere.
Ways to save
- The Recl button in the YouTube action row on any watch page.
- The floating Recl chip on other sites (configurable in extension options).
- Right-click → save page, link, or selected text as a quote nugget.
- Keyboard: Ctrl+Shift+S.
- The popup: see your stats, search your library semantically, and check recent saves.
Privacy notes
- The extension only sends data when you explicitly save — it does not log your browsing.
- Saved bookmarks are organized into per-site folders automatically.
- You can revoke the extension's token at any time from Settings → Extension.
